critical network devices are arranged in a redundant
configuration, meaning if a piece of equipment
fails, another will be available to take its place.
Our network infrastructure is constantly monitored
and engineers informed immediately if there are any
suspected issues.
We have our own
fibre ring spanning three Manchester datacentres,
giving us complete control over the network
infrastructure.
Uncontended Bandwidth
Unlike some companies, we don't
expect you to share your bandwidth. That means
that whatever you buy from us, we'll make sure that
it's available for you by purchasing the same from
our suppliers.
Uptime guarantee backed by a real
SLA
Most companies in our industry
have an SLA, but if you look at the detail, you'll
see that many of them aren't worth the "paper"
they're written on. Namely, they're purposely
designed so that you can't really claim from them if
anything goes wrong. Our SLA, however gives us
a real financial penalty if we don't meet our agreed
power uptime of 100% and network uptime of 99.9%. It shows that we're prepared to "stand behind" our
promises of providing a quality home for your

As a customer, you gain access
to our 24/365 emergency number, which you can use
out-of-hours to report network issues or critical
problems with your server. You are assured of
a prompt response by our engineers.
Convienient location - whether
you're in the North or not!
Our Northern-based location is
obviously very convenient if you're north of
Birmingham. But many of our customers are in
the London area and find it much easier than braving
the middle of London whenever they need to get at a
server. Our pricing means that London is
no-longer the only choice when it comes to

We offer freephone telephone
support
Simple really, we offer
freephone telephone support. You will also be given
a direct contact number for your account manager,
who will attempt to solve both technical and
account-related queries. Any that cannot be
dealt with directly will be passed on to our
technical team. Meaning you don't have to sit in a
call queue. It's simple really, but so many
companies can't manage to offer this. We hate
queuing on the phone, so we decided very early on to
eliminate this wherever possible for our customers.
We're not debt financed
We're proud to have a
profit-making business. We're not up to our ears in
debt like a lot of IT companies, and have a stable
and well-structured business model.
