Contract Length
Our standard contact
length for quarter and full racks is 12 Months. During this period your rental
price will be fixed. We can agree
longer or shorter contracts upon request.
Technical Support
As standard you will receive free telephone
support during office hours, and emergency support
out-of-hours. This includes testing
connectivity to your machine etc. We offer a
'helping hands' service on a best-endeavours basis
during office hours.
Where an engineer
needs to visit your server to investigate
hardware/software failure on your machine(s), or
accompany you to the datacentre to investigate or
replace faulty hardware/software on your machine(s),
the following rates apply:
Office Hours:
(9am - 5pm Monday
- Friday)
£35.00 per 30 minutes
Out of Office Hours:
£75.00 per 30 minutes.
We guarantee to have an
engineer at your server within one hour.
To book an on-site visit, please call our freephone
number or e-mail us during office hours. If
your request is more urgent, call our emergency 24/7
number (which you will receive in your welcome
pack).
We also offer
monthly 'retainer' style support contracts, where
you pay a flat fee rather than paying the above
listed support rates, starting from as little as £25
per month.
