In addition to our basic colocation, we are able to offer a range of complementary services.

Remote Reboot Switch Port - (Shared Colocation Only)
For the nominal charge of £5.00 per month, you can have the peace of mind of being able to control reboots of the server yourself remotely.  The Remote Reboot Switch is ideal for those times when your server "locks up" and you cannot get into it remotely.  It Disconnects the power and then reconnects, forcing the server to reboot.  This is controlled from a password protected web-based control panel which you can Test Drive by clicking here. (username and password are 'apc'.) We thoroughly recommend this option.

If you are looking to take a quarter or full rack, we would recommend you purchase your own APC Remote Reboot Switch, or we can lease you an entire switch (8 ports) for £30.00 per month.
 

Firewalling -Shared Firewall
To implement custom rules on our Watchguard Firebox firewalls, we charge a one-off fee of £25, with a monthly charge of £25. 

You will need a private dedicated subnet in order to avail of this service (see below).  The firewalls are run in hot standby mode for resilience. 

Firewalling - Dedicated Firewall
Of course, you may want to be behind your own firewall.  In which case, we will configure a WatchGuard FireBox or a Firebrick on your behalf.  Please contact us with your requirements for accurate pricing.  Indicative costs are from £50 per month. 

Alternatively, you can provide your own rack-mountable firewall; just add the appropriate number of "U"s to your order to accommodate the firewall.

Additional IP Addresses
We offer up to two IP addresses free of charge per server.  If you require more, then we will allocate you a suitably sized subnet (in accordance with RIPE guidelines).  A monthly administration charge will be payable as per the table below.
